History of Astra Property

ASTRA is fully committed to maintaining business sustainability and always passionate to become the pride of our nation. Therefore, ASTRA have entered the property sector since 2013 to strengthen up ASTRA Group business value chain. Then, after being separated into its own legal entity, ASTRA Property have finally launched as the 7th line of the business pillar in 2016, established as a Property Division PT ASTRA International Tbk.

2013

  • Establishment of Property Division PT ASTRA International Tbk
  • December 10th. Groundbreaking of Menara ASTRA Project

2014

  • August 30th. Launching of Anandamaya Residences

2015

  • February 14th. Menara ASTRA received Platinum Greenmark Certification from Singapore’s BCA (The Building and Construction Authority).

2016

  • September 22nd. Strengthening our property trading product by establishing a JV Company with Hongkong Land Ltd. named ASTRA Land Indonesia (ALI)
  • October 26th. PT ASTRA International Tbk has launched the 7th Business Pillar, known as ASTRA Property and on that date also commemorated as ASTRA Property Anniversary
  • November 25th. Acquired 70 Ha of Jakarta Garden City areas through ASTRA Modern Land (JV Company with PT Modernland Realty Tbk)

2017

  • February 20th. Topping off ceremony of Menara ASTRA & Anandamaya Residences in celebration event of 60th years Anniversary of ASTRA
  • November 26th. ASTRA Property Launched corporate logo in celebration event of company 1st anniversary.
  • November 10th. Handover of Menara ASTRA and also was held for Genba ASTRA Group.

2018

  • January 31st. Launching of Arumaya Residences. ASTRA Property new project at TB. Simatupang

2013
