About This Job

As a Financial Controller, you're responsible for building and controlling the budgeting system, analyzing actual vs budget reports, projecting 3–5 year plans, and coordinating cross-department budgeting.

Requirements :

• Min. S1 in Accounting
• Min. 2 year work experience in related field, experience in the property field as a budget/cost controller will be an added value
• Having strong analytical skills, good time management, and attention to details
• Proactive, good communication skills, and perform in teamwork
• Mastering financial report analysis, budget system and control, and budget forecasting is a must
