About This Job

As a Permit Analyst, you are responsible for preparing and reviewing permit applications and related documentation (monthly), coordinating with government authorities and project teams to ensure all necessary permits for each project are secured on time, and handling routine regulatory compliance operations for property development projects.

Requirements :

• Min. S1 in Law.
• Min. 1 year of experience in similar role  in the property field; experience with regulatory approvals and permit management will be an added value
• Having strong analytical skills, good time management, and attention to details
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa
