About This Job

As a Procurement Analyst, you are responsible for preparing cost estimates, monitoring expenses, and conducting cost analyses in property management

Requirements :

• Min. 1 - 2 years of working experience in procurement and  tender in property management tender (landed or highrise) 
• Min. bachelor's degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Have an excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong initiatives and negotiation skills
