Responsible for overseeing agent performance sales in apartment, ensuring sales target achieved, providing product knowledge and sales support, monitoring prospect and closing progress, handling customer escalations, and collaborating with the sales marketing team to enhance overall sales performance.

Requirements :

• Strong understanding of apartment and apartment-related legal aspects.
• Proven expertise in sales management, target monitoring, marketing and promotional strategies, including negotiation and closing strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver agent training, coaching, and performance development programs.
