About This Job

As a Legal Analyst, you are responsible for drafting and review all the legal operations documents such as MOU, agreement, and other related company legal documents, ensuring compliance obligations under relevant laws and the requirements of regulatory authorities are met, and conduct legal research and provide legal advice by cases as needed

Requirements :

• Min. S1 Law 
• Min. 2 years as legal or relevant experiences
• Strong legal cases analysis and contract negotiations
• Exposure and conceptual understanding of contract law and regulations
