About This Job

As a head of legal & permit,  the candidate is responsible for legal compliance, overseeing permits and regulatory approvals, managing costs, supporting merger and acquisition processes, and resolving disputes in property development.

Requirements :

• Min. 12 years of working experience in legal, regulatory compliance, and permitting, preferably in property development or real estate.
• Min. bachelor’s degree in Law; a master’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience in handling mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and contract negotiations.
• Fluency in Indonesia & English with strong communication skills.
