Astra Land Indonesia and Sinar Mas Land Unite a Shared Vision Through Groundbreaking and Inauguration of the Newest Residential Brand, Altea BLVD

Bekasi, 7 June 2024 - Astra Land Indonesia (ALI) is again innovating in residential property development through strategic collaboration with Sinar Mas Land. The two of them officially carried out the groundbreaking procession and launch of the newest residential project brand entitled "Altea BLVD" which is managed under the joint venture company PT Ruby Karya Sejahtera. This historic event was held on Friday (07/06), marking an important milestone in the journey towards quality and sustainable residential development in the Cibubur area. 

The Altea BLVD groundbreaking procession was marked by symbolic land dredging carried out by the board of directors of ALI and Sinar Mas Land, marking the initial step of residential development that embodies the shared vision to create a community-centric living environment. 

Wibowo Muljono as President Director of PT Ruby Karya Sejahtera said, "Altea BLVD will be an innovative and prestigious residential project in the Cibubur area, Bekasi. In line with Astra Land Indonesia's commitment, we strive to provide a quality living experience. Altea BLVD presents strong natural features, such as a riverside that takes center stage, uniting and enriching the entire community. Apart from that, this project also answers the needs of urban communities for integrated housing with lots of vehicle access to the city center." 

Standing on an area of approximately 75 hectares, Altea BLVD will be developed into a township (independent city) consisting of a residential area with a total of 19 clusters and a commercial area with two main zones, namely the South Gateway Commercial area and the Central Lake Commercial

With a project development value of IDR 2.6 trillion, the construction of Altea BLVD will last for 11 years.

The presence of river and green open spaces makes Altea BLVD an area that is sustainable and environmentally friendly. This residential area is also equipped with two main commercial areas to support the various needs of its residents. We are confident that the integrated housing concept offered by Altea BLVD will receive a very positive response from the community." 

Residential and Commercial Concepts that Center on Community Life 
Offering residences that are centered on nature and community, PT Ruby Karya Sejahtera carries a residential concept that combines green valleys and rivers in one area. Altea BLVD will present a sustainable Riverside Green in the South Gateway Commercial area and Central Lake Commercial, which utilizes the Cakung River channel as the main circulation route. 

 

The development of two main commercial areas with a beautiful environmental concept provides recreation in a natural atmosphere close to home. The South Gateway Commercial area includes mixed-use areas, marketing galleries and commercial zones reminiscent of the San Antonio area in the United States, which stretches along the lake. This area offers unique lakeside views adding to the enjoyable riverside shopping and dining experience. 

 

On the other hand, the Central Lake Commercial area is located next to the largest body of water in the development, offering a clubhouse with a distinctive and engaging experience complete with retail shops, cafes and restaurants overlooking the river, as well as sports facilities to create a community gathering space . This whole concept is planned to provide perfect harmony between nature and community, improve people's welfare by promoting an active lifestyle, and create an interesting social life at Altea BLVD. 

 

Easy Access to City Center

Located on the main road of Alternative Cibubur, Altea BLVD has a very strategic location and access to facilitate the mobility of its residents, situated only approximately one minute away from the Jatikarya Toll Exit. Apart from that, with a distance of around 2 km from the location, there is the Harjamukti LRT station, making it convenient for residents to access various places using public transportation.
