In the residential portfolio, Astra Property has delivered more than 1,400 units across its projects, while continuously enhancing township ecosystems. The presence of Singapore Intercultural School (SIS) at Asya, along with upcoming facilities such as DBL Academy and Tangkas Sport Centre, reflects a commitment to creating integrated, livable communities. Altéa BLVD, a modern residential project in Cibubur, will begin its initial handovers for the Rivara Cluster, while the development of NavaPark 2 continues to progress.
On the commercial portfolio, Arumaya Financial Center in South Jakarta, scheduled to commence operations in Q2 2026, will add to Astra Property’s premium building and support business activity in a strategic location.
In 2025, Astra Property also strengthened its presence in the industrial & logistics infrastructure portfolio through the acquisition of Cikarang Logistics Park 1 and 2, as well as PT Mega Manunggal Property Tbk (MMP). This is supported by 13 strategically located modern warehousing assets across the Jabodetabek area and East Java, designed to support efficient logistics and distribution needs. In 2026, the development of the Cibinong Logistics Hub project and the Blok H area in Cibitung further contribute to the strengthening of capabilities in this portfolio.
