Astra Property, through PT Astra Land Indonesia, continues to strengthen innovation in residential development by partnering with PT Kozy Properti Manajemen Internasional (Kozystay), a premium rental management company, to manage units at Arumaya Residences in South Jakarta.

Astra Property is expanding its portfolio into the industrial property sector through PT Mega Manunggal Property Tbk (MMP), a modern warehouse developer in Indonesia that manages more than 10 logistics assets across strategic locations including Greater Jakarta and East Java. Since going public in 2015, MMP has consistently delivered adaptive warehousing solutions for various industries. This move reflects Astra Property’s strategy to address the increasingly dynamic logistics needs of businesses in Indonesia.
