Astra Property, through PT Mega Manunggal Property Tbk. (MMP), continues to strengthen its industrial property portfolio with the completion of MMP Cibitung Blok H Warehouse in the MM2100 industrial estate, Cibitung, Bekasi.

With a 17,982 sqm leasable area, the multi-tenant warehouse has reached 100% occupancy since commencing operations in September 2026, ahead of schedule. Its tenants include an online retail company, reflecting the growing need for warehousing facilities that support storage and distribution activities.

Located approximately 6 kilometers from the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road, Blok H Warehouse features specifications designed to support modern operations, including clear height of up to 12 meters, floor loading capacity of up to 3 tons/sqm, an I shape design, and flat floors.
