Jakarta, December 23, 2025 – Altea BLVD, a residential development developed by Astra Land Indonesia (ALI) and Sinar Mas Land, achieved its first milestone by winning the Best Greenship Performance Neighborhood award at the 2025 Greenship Awards held by the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) on Friday, December 5th 2025. 

With green building certification growing at 15 percent annually in Indonesia1, this recognition from the GBCI positions Altea BLVD as a developer demonstrating its commitment to sustainability through tangible impact, not just on paper. The Best Greenship Performance category reflects the shift in focus in the property industry, from merely possessing a green certification to demonstrating performance that delivers concrete benefits for residents and the environment.
